General Shop Policies

By accessing our website and/or purchasing digital files from Occult Goddess Designs, you agree to our terms and conditions. Any digital file purchased for personal use covers printing up to 10 yards for seamless files, or 50 sublimation prints* when making finished items. Beyond these amounts, you will need to purchase commercial licenses for EACH digital file that you will exceed the limits. You may not resell, recreate, alter, or share any digital files.

Commercial Licensing 
*Commercial license is required for each digital file if the purpose of the use is to sell fabric yardage, sublimation/DTF transfers, wholesale, or produce other unfinished items commercially.


Refunds
Due to the nature of digital files, there are no refunds. In the event that there is an error in a file, it will be corrected and resent.

Codes
One code per order.
Please make sure to include your code at checkout, refunds will not be issued for forgotten codes.

Digital Files
All files are created and saved on 12in. x 12in. canvas at 300 dpi. Colors may vary depending on item and printers used. We are not responsible for user-error, including but not limited to - printing flaws, scaling flaws, etc.
